If we think what isn't possible right now (in the corona time), that is not very encouraging. What helps, is to think on what you can do. Marketer, entrepreneur and photographer Hugo Lingeman did just that. What he likes to do in his spare time besides taking pictures? Cycling! And that's a great way to have (corona-proof) fun during the pandemic and a way to raise money for children in the projects of Net4kids at the same time.
The challenge
Hugo is going to tap all 352 municipalities in the Netherlands by bicycle, the so-called #LongTermNLChallenge. Quite a challenge, but Hugo has already tackled many municipalities. And what could be better than discovering even more of the Netherlands by bicycle, ticking off a cool list for the challenge and also fundraising for children in India to offer them a decent future perspective. Hugo needs your support to make this challenge a success!
The project
The proceeds of this fundraising campaign will go to our project in India: Society for Serving Humanity (SSH). SSH offers children and their families a well thought-out and proven comprehensive approach, focused on education, social development, health care and social integration. Education for children can be the start of a change in the mindset of the entire community. In addition to training, information is provided about HIV / AIDS and hygiene. Children from different castes and religions, whether affected by HIV / AIDS or not, come together in Children's Clubs to learn and play.
