Visualfabriq: how do you involve your employees?

Corporate social responsibility adds important value for the stakeholders and thereby increases the standing of a company.

In addition to improving the company image for customers, partners and investors, a good CSR policy ensures a positive employee culture and thus increases their satisfaction, commitment and involvement. To facilitate this, Net4kids has made involving employees in the projects part of our expertise.

Preparing for independence

The international Tech company Visualfabriq was looking for an opportunity to really involve talented employees in their CSR strategy. Visualfabriq is linked via Net4kids to local partner organization Rhiza, in South Africa. Now we are joining forces to give vulnerable young people from townships in South Africa the opportunity to develop themselves and prepare them for independence. In addition to the financial investment Visualfabriq makes, employees invest time (1%) to share their technological innovation, data and business skills and insights with township youth in Diepsloot, Johannesburg.

“Our core business and expertise lies in the field of technology and business - this specialism is in great demand all over the world. We believe that sharing our skills and insights can help others build a self-sufficient and economically independent future. ”
Jaco Brussé, CEO Visualfabriq

'Unleash Your Excellence'

Immediately with Rhiza, Visualfabriq then developed the 'Unleash Your Excellence' program for selected young people in South Africa to help them develop essential skills they need to find a job or successfully start their own business. Employees of Visualfabriq in the Netherlands can choose to invest their time in various initiatives, for example by giving webinars or monthly (online) coaching of the selected young people.
