The current circumstances show all too well how we are all connected. How much we need each other. Certainly in difficult times like this. The heartwarming initiatives and creative ideas to stay connected - remotely - are emerging at a rapid pace. Wonderful to see.
We continue to do everything we can to support our local partners during this period. Because the children in our projects are especially vulnerable in this situation, where many schools are closed and parents have less income. Once again, we feel connected and hope we can continue to provide them with the support they need.
We try to keep everyone informed about the state of affairs of our project partners in the different countries. The impact of this Corona virus is incalculable. The first measures are taken by the (local) governments and various campaigns are set up to distribute health kits and create awareness about the virus. Of course we keep everyone informed through our social media channels.
