Net4kids and TUI Care Foundation have launched a new partnership to create better opportunities for disadvantaged young people in Vietnam. Together, we are investing in the TUI Academy Hanoi, a two-year hospitality programme that equips 100 young people with the skills and support they need to build sustainable careers in Vietnam's rapidly growing tourism industry.
For Net4kids, this partnership marks an important new milestone. As a connector between businesses and local organisations, we bring together partners whose strengths complement one another, creating the foundation for lasting impact.
At Net4kids, we believe the greatest impact is created by connecting the right partners. TUI Care Foundation was looking for a way to create sustainable opportunities for disadvantaged young people in Vietnam. Thanks to our long-standing partnership with KOTO, we were able to connect them with a trusted local organisation that has more than 25 years of experience and a proven track record. Together, we are creating lasting opportunities for young people.

Net4kids connects TUI Care Foundation with project partner KOTO
To deliver the programme, Net4kids connected TUI Care Foundation with our long-standing project partner KOTO (Know One Teach One) Vietnam. With more than 25 years of experience, KOTO empowers disadvantaged young people by providing vocational training, education and the support they need to build independent, sustainable futures.
By combining TUI Care Foundation's commitment to creating positive social impact with KOTO's local knowledge and expertise, a strong partnership has been established.
From Education to Employment
The TUI Academy Hanoi was created to bridge the gap between education and employment. While Vietnam's tourism and hospitality sector is growing rapidly, many young people from disadvantaged backgrounds still lack access to quality vocational education and struggle to secure stable employment.
Over the course of two years, 100 young people aged 18 to 24 will take part in an internationally accredited hospitality programme. In addition to hands-on work experience and vocational training, they will receive English language lessons, digital skills training, personal coaching and life skills development.
To ensure participants can fully focus on their personal and professional development, the programme also provides accommodation, meals, transport support and counselling, creating a safe and stable environment in which they can thrive.
Building Sustainable Opportunities Together
The Academy's ambition extends far beyond helping students earn a diploma. At least 95 young people are expected to graduate, with a minimum of 85 securing employment in the hospitality sector within six months of completing the programme. In doing so, they will not only build brighter futures for themselves but also contribute to a stronger, more inclusive and sustainable tourism industry in Vietnam.
This partnership reflects what Net4kids stands for: connecting businesses with trusted local organisations that have a proven track record of creating lasting impact. By bringing together knowledge, networks and resources, we create sustainable opportunities for the young people who need them most.
We look forward to working alongside TUI Care Foundation and KOTO in the years ahead, creating lasting opportunities for hundreds of young people across Vietnam.
